This Gabbeh rug was handwoven in Southern Iran during the 21st century.
It features a straightforward "solid" yellow field that undulates with the change in color of the wool it was dyed on. The field is a simply drawn and slighty wavy red band with periodic clusters of small squares in white, blue and yellow. A final patternless, light tan border frames the whole. The pile is densely woven, making this a plush rug.
The condition is excellent, unused condition with no signs of wear.
