Regular price $410.00 Sale

This Shirvan rug was woven in the Caucasus during the first quarter of the 20th century. It is composed of a geometric pattern of hooked squares and shield like lozenges on a camel ground. Golden hues and shades of blue complete the palette, with red adding a dash of pizzaz throughout. The candy-cane minor borders are typical of the Caucasian style.

In fair condition, with wear throughout where the pile has worn. But the foundation is intact and is structurally sound. The pile is low, and the handle is sturdy. Edges have been reinforced to increase longevity.
