This kilim was handwoven in Eastern China around 2010 for textile designer Aelfie.
This is a first edition Aelfie rug which features an experimental design which was produced in very limited quantites. The design is of interlocking Greek key frets in black on a white background. A simple yet complex design which gives the illusion of interlaced fiber.
In very good condition, flatwoven with a floppy handle.
