This Bidjar was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century (1925-1950) in Northwest Iran.
It features an all-over lattice design containing eight-pointed star-like rosettes in various reds, blues, and browns on a light camel field. It is framed by three borders each featuring the same blossoming vine motif but on distinct color grounds.
In very good condition for its age. There is some old color run in the reds. All four sides have been reinforced for longevity.
