This Khamseh rug was woven during the early 20th century in South Iran. Three medallions float atop a jungle of leaves, rosettes and animals, edged by meandering stripes. The multiple borders pleasantly showcase it's jewel tone color palette.
In good condition, with some worn areas, foundation still intact.
