Small Hamadan Rug - 2'6 x 3'8

Regular price $375.00 Sale

This Hamadan rug was woven in Western Iran during the second quarter of the 20th century.

This funky little rug features a asymmetric design of birds perched on flowering branches atop an ivory ground. The borders are composed of floral meanders on blue and brown grounds. Madder pinks, indigo blues, and soft browns complete the color palette.

In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Pile is low, with a sturdy handle.
