This Malayer runner was woven in Western Iran during the second quarter of the 20th century.  It features a field a brown and rust Herati patterned field on ground which shifts from dark slate to icy blue. A calm and muted palette with some moments of pink and yellow  It good condition and some areas are worn to the foundation. The previous restoration was done with some coloration added (as pictured)
