This Karaja runner was handwoven in northwest Iran during the second quarter of the 20th century. 

It features a pattern of alternating geometric shapes and hooked lozenges on a rich red ground. Indigo blues, sage green, gold, ivory, and caramel provide a well-balanced palette a give the runner a professorial air.

In very good condition, with full pile and minimal signs of wear, great for high-traffic areas.
