This Qashqa'i bag face was woven during the first quarter of the 20th century in South Iran.

It features a red central medallion on faded grey-green field with various animals and protection symbols. A wide main border is frames the field with ivory and a pattern of multicolored eight-pointed stars and itself is framed by a thin red border multicolored polygons. It is finished with a slit kilim top and dotted skirt end.

In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. One corner is fraying (pictured), but overall condition is solid.
