This Heriz rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the twentieth century (1925-1950) in Northwest Iran. Features a stunning ivory ground with an all over geometric floral pattern in bright shades of blue, red, green, light brown, and peach. Wide indigo ground border with reciprocating palmettes offer a nice counterweight to a brightness of the field. Mint condition.
