This vintage Persian Malayer runner was handwoven in Iran in the second quarter of the 20th century (1925-1950).
It features a deep blue field with a very wide burnt red-brown border. The field features naturalistic imagery including depictions of fish.
Shows normal signs of wear for its age, as pictured.
