This Baluch rug was handwoven in Afghanistan during the early 20th century.
The field design is composed of diagonal octagons and hooked diamonds in alternating pinks, blues, and browns on a camel-hair field. The main border features a tri-color geometric design in red, white-brown, and blue.
This rug is in very good condition with even wear on the field; the edges have been reinforced for longevity. The pile is low, with a soft handle.
