This silk rug was handwoven during the middle of the 20th century in China
It features a central design reminiscent of the classic herati with curling tendrils and blossoming buds. In a nice oval format with tones of copper, cobalt, green and cool ivory.
In very good condition, with minor wear to the fringe. Dense with a floppy handle and lustrous touch.
