This Rare & Unusual Heriz features a stepped central medallion with a large central rosette surrounded by smaller rosettes atop a rich red ground of large botehs. Hatchmarks around the medallion as well as the stepped cornices give the piece a dynamic energy. Each cornice features a field of rosettes on a coral ground. The main border is composed of a crisply drawn rosette meander on a bright ivory ground. Many of the classic Heriz hallmarks are in rare patterns and sizes.
