Andrew Boos "Yellow and Grey Rug" - 4'11 x 8'

Turkish goat hair kilim runner composed of vertical stripes in blocks of orange, brown, and white with burgundy highlights. There is a central white stripe, followed by alternating black and orange stripes. Thin burgundy stripes outlined in white provide definition to the design. Goat hair is mixed in with the wool, making this a very sturdy and hard-wearing rug.

Vintage Turkish Kilim Runner - 2'6 x 14'6

Antique Navajo scatter rug featuring a symmetrical design composed of softly colored diamonds atop an eye-catching red splatter that is outlined in black wool. The field is soft undyed grey wool, while the light browns and ivories offer a contrast to the design.

Antique Navajo Rug - 3'5 x 5'5

Mid century Afghan maymane kelleghi kilim composed of a stepped-diamond pattern in light and dark blues, ivory, and ochres. The minor borders are composed of interlocking combs in blues, browns, ochres, and reds, while the main border continues the diamond theme on a smaller scale. The outer borders lend a nice punch with a red-outlined sawtooth design in alternating colors.

Mid century SW Navajo Chinle kilim featuring a pared-down color palette of greys, blues, browns, and yellows. The design is composed of straight and curved bands, separated by thin white lines.

Banded Chinle Navajo Rug - 2'2 x 3'

Mid cenntury Karabagh kilim featuring two diamond medallions on a dark brown field. The diamond medallions are composed of geometric floral designs, which continue throughout the larger composition. The color palette is soft and minimal with browns, reds as the main colors, white and soft blues adding details and interest.

Mid Century Karabagh Kilim - 5'9 x 8'8

Antique 19th century Caucasian Shirvan area kilim featuring a striped pattern of bold geometric shapes in light and dark blues, peaches, golds, and the rare green. Interspersed along the sides are small symbols and shapes, filling in the negative space. These wonderful moments of asymmetry really emphasize the handmade quality of this rug. Colorful and joyous, it's bound to bring cheer to any interior. It works well as both a layering piece or stand-alone gem.

19th century Shirvan Kilim - 4'7 x 9'

Quchan Kurdish bedcover from NE Iran featuring two multicolor-stripe panels are sewn together with vibrant silk and wool pompoms, which add texture and depth, as does the embroidery forming the border.

Yomud Turkmen Chuval - 2'11 x 3'6

Vintage Turkish sofreh (square rug traditionally used for dining) with a red field and a diamond-shaped design in a variety of colors. In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age.

Vintage Turkish rug handwoven with a mix of wool and goat hair, with a multicolor vertical striped design. In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age.

Vintage Turkish Kilim Rug - 3' x 5'5

This Senneh kilim was woven by Kurds during the second quarter of the 20th century. This finely woven kilim features a double diamond medallion on a classic herati design ground in black, yellow, caramel, coral, soft purple and slate. Framed by a simple interlocking jigsaw border.

Antique south Persian Qashqa'i area kilim featuring three concentric diamond on an abashed burgundy field and flanked by asymmetric color blocks. The composition is completed by skirt borders with horizontal movement in different tones and patterning on each end.

This Mid Century Scandinavian Kilim features a grid of various shapes that alternate in orientation in every other row. The composition of soft tones and jagged edges is encapsulated by the main border featuring a repeat of slightly angled red and yellow stripes on a brown ground and two thinner minor sawtooth borders.

This small soumak was woven by Uzbeks in Northern Afghanistan during the 20th century. This rug is tiny but vibrant and is composed of a colorful geometric design of interlocking diamonds that almost appear as two figures standing side by side. Framed by various borders of squares,

Uzbek Soumak - 2'6 x 2'6

This kilim was woven in the Caucasus during the late 19th century. It features a field of stepped polygons and small diamonds in various shades of red and blue on a bright ivory ground. The pattern can be viewed multiple way and the navy diamonds also form a central diamond. The ivory field is framed by jagged purple zigzags on the sides and polychrome triangles on the top and bottom and finished with thick bands of blue and red. May have been made as one side of a saddle bag. A small but impactful piece.
