Kurdish runner woven in Northeast Persia during the early 20th century.
It features a column of memling güls in bright oranges, soft ivories, and yellows over a deep brown field filled with rows of rosettes and a few stray dogs. Pops of color in blues, reds, and greens on the scrolling border complete the palette.
In excellent condition, with one area that has been rewoven, pictured. Original kilim ends are still intact.
