This Talish runner was handwoven during the late 19th century in the Caucasus.

It features narrow field of rows of shrubs on a rare and desirable yellow ground. The shrubs are laid out in diagonal columns which are rendered in rich reds and blues and green jewel tones. It is framed by a wide main border of both small and geometric rosettes on a chocolate ground.

It very good condition, with some professional repiling to areas of the yellow ground that are nearly invisible
