This vintage Taznakht rug was woven by the Amizigh in the high atlas mountains during the middle of the 20th century.
It features repeating red and blue stars atop a saffron field. It is surrounded by three borders, the most prominent being the large outer border of alternating Xs with ornate C scroll interiors.
This rug is in good condition and has very little wear given its age. There are a few small holes, as pictured.
