This Moroccan-styled rug was woven during the 21st century in Afghanistan.
This rug features a simple speckled grid with a minimalist color palette of turquoise, ivory, and brown. The patterning is assyemtetric with a free flowing rhythm. Woven of hearty, hand-spun Afghan wool giving it durability and extra heft not commonly found in the Moroccan weaving usually associated with this patterning.
In excellent condition, with no signs of wear. The pile is thick, with a soft handle.
