Through photos taken in the Carolinas, collages made from NatGeo magazines and postcards from the early 20th century, Wright revisits the small beauties of the American South and the nuances of race. Motifs of family, religion and nature are found in between textiles becoming a journal of history and remnants of Wright’s upbringing.
