This Malayer rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century. This stunning rug features a small focal green rosette in the center of a kaleidoscopic design or abstracted vines, leaves and floral forms. Exceptional tones of blue, green, yellow, red coral, and chocolate really pop on the midnight blue ground. Nicely framed by one main and two minor borders composed of floral meanders, the former more geometric and the latter more naturalistic.

This runner was woven by Kurds at the turn of the 20th century. It features large rows of botehs in pink, purple, blue, ivory and brown on a vibrant orange ground. In between the botehs various vegetation, people and animals can be found. The whole is framed by two main borders of rosettes that shift in form on chocolate and pistachio grounds. The borders have moments where animals and people can be found between the rosettes.

This Sultanabad was handwoven in Western Iran during the early 20th century. It features a central medallion that floats on an open and expansive golden camel ground. The field is bare other than the medallion and four cornices each mimicking a mirorred quadrant of the medallion. Framed by a main border of scrolling vegetation in pink, green, ivory and gold on an icy blue ground. Well-balanced with a desirable palette in a hard to come by size.

This bag face was woven by the Jaff Kurds of the Northern and Central Zagros mountains in Wester Iran during the late 19th century. It features the classic Jaff interlocking diamond pattern in bright, cheerful colors. It is framed on three sides by a fun and wonky laleh abbasi border in black and red that becomes black triangles on a red ground before shifting back to laleh abbasi but with the colors reversed. The fourth side features red and white circles on an indigo ground.
