RETURNS

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your rug! We allow returns postmarked 7 days from the day which you received your rug. That should give you enough time to make sure your rug is a good fit for your home. We will provide a full refund but return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Rugs that are received in a condition different (dirty/damaged) than which they were sent will not be accepted.

All rugs stored with us for longer than 30 days after purchase or rugs shipped internationally are final sale.

RUG AVAILABILITY

We update our inventory only once every 24 hours. If we cannot fulfill your order request you will be notified and refunded immediately. We apologize in advance of any inconvenience.

CLEANING

Liability: Outside of the unlikely event of theft from our facility, Heirloom's liability is limited to the client's cost of cleaning. 

Storage: We will store your rugs free of charge for 30 days after pickup. Afterwards we will charge a storage fee of 10% of your invoice per month. Unless you have made a storage agreement or another arrangement with Heirloom, if you do not pickup or schedule return of your property within one year all property rights defer to Heirloom. We cannot store rugs in perpetuity free of charge and will need to liquidate them in order to settle your account.
