An exceptional and early Shirvan kilim woven in the Caucasus during the third quarter of the 19th century (1850-1875). Rows of vibrant yet patinated stripes in primary colors float over a calm ivory field. In excellent condition with little touches of what resemble a flame woven in a few random edges.
