This vintage kilim was handwoven with a mix of wool and goat hair in Turkey.
The dark brown goat hair field is marled by the undyed ecru of the wool warp. The embroidery on top in geometric diamond shapes offers visual interest, while the red, orange, blue, and white add dynamism and pops of color.
In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven with a stiff handle, extremely hard-wearing, perfect for a high traffic area.
