Antique Caucasian Kuba rug, handwoven during the first quarter of the 20th century.
The rug is composed of a geometric design arranged diagonally, with alternating rosette and crab borders. The color palette includes bright red, deep blue, ivory, and brown, which has oxidized.
In fair condition, with signs of wear throughout, particularly in certain areas where the pile is worn down to the foundation. The foundation is still intact and the edges have been reinforce for longevity. Low pile, with an airy handle.
