This blanket was woven in Peru at the end of the 20th Century.
This cheerful blanket features a bright color palette of hot pink stripes, alternating with orange, green, yellow, and purple. Geometric designs of various crosses and diamond shapes are woven in similarly alternating colors. The edges are crocheted all around in a scalloped pattern.
In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven, with a sturdy handle.
