This silk Turkish Kayseri rug was handwoven during the early 20th century (1900-1925).
It features a delicate floral pattern on a white field with dark brownish greens, and soft peaches and pinks.
It is in fair condition, with wear throughout. The pile is worn through in some areas - mainly in the center of the rug - but the foundation is still intact. Major holes have been fixed with foundational repair work to prolong the longevity of the rug.
