We can provide a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant appraisal to determine Replacement Value or Fair Market Value using either the Cost Approach, Income Approach or Market Comparison approaches to value dependent on the intended use and intended users.
Within 24 hours of checkout, we will email you a form requesting images of your rug, measurements, and any information you may know about the piece. For appraisals in the greater New York City area, it may be possible to make a site visit to inspect the rugs in person.
