Andean rug handwoven in the third quarter of the 20th century.
This funky Andean textile was most probably created as a tourist item in the 1970s. The design features a large scale stylized bird with four large interconnected flowers on a white ground. A chocolate brown border frames the design.
In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven with a soft handle.
