This Midcentury Tekke Turkmen Rug features repeat design of the classic Tekke major and minor guls on an aubergine ground. The plump guls are closely clustered and well balanced with skirts on both ends. Ivory and surmah accents share the composition with once powerful hot pinks and orange which patinated enough to harmonize with the piece yet still contain a fiery glow.
