This shawl was handwoven in Morocco during the middle of the 20th Century.
This cheerful shawl is very finely woven of soft wool and features horizontal bands in black, white, and purple with moments of colorful turquoise and creamsicle. Other those few unadorned colorful moments all the other stripes feature a black and white chain stitch embossed through their center.
In very good condition, with various old repairs and some light color run (as pictured) Flatwoven, with a light airy handle.
