This vintage Turkish Kilim features a vertical stripe design that alternates between marbled black and white and three thin white stripes. Colorful geometric symbols are woven in using the soumak technique and are horizontally spaced out at regular intervals. The symbols are woven in aqua, fuchsia, orange, black, white, and tan. This rug contains goat hair as well as wool and cotton making it incredibly hard-wearing.
In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven, with a light handle. Very strong wearing thanks to the goat hair in the warp.
