This Khotan rug was woven in Northwest China, which is also known as East Turkestan, during the second quarter of the 20th century.   This rug features an all over design of interconnected vines with blossoming red and purple pomegranates on a navy ground.  Framed by multiple thin borders with latchhooked devices. Nice fluffy full pile.

In Very Good condition. Meaty pile with a sturdy handle. Small stain on the fringe.
