This vintage Moroccan was woven by Berbers in the 20th century.
It features a variety of larger concentric and smaller latch hooked diamonds on a midnight blue ground. Diagonally striped cornices add movement and power to an otherwise classic composition. Framed by a nicely contrasting saffron border with accents of red, brown, ivory, blue, and green.
This rug is in very good condition and has little to no wear.
