This Kurdish rug was handwoven during the middle of the 20th century.

It features an all-over design of latch hooked diamonds that sparkle against a deep brown/ almost black ground. Framed by a series of border in an uncommon palette of yellows, oranges, pinks and ivory.

Like many Quchan weavigns it is influenced by the nearby traditions. The perfect combination of Baluch design sensibility and Kurdish use of color. Simultaneously simple yet visually complex it features a design of concentric diamonds created with blocks of color over a totemic latticework. Multiple reds and blues are joined by a lovely orange and a deep brown. Inspired by their Baluch neighbors, a striking ivory is masterfully used to awaken the piece and provide it's visual impact. This rug was handwoven by Kurds during the first quarter of the quarter of the 20th century.    It features a traditional Kurdish design of diagonal stripes in a rainbow of pastel tones. The seemingly random color placement along wiht the varying thickness and movement of the stripes imbibe the rug with life and movement. Framed by a main border of stepped polygons and triangles on a coral ground with ends that are beautifully embellished with multiple barber pole weft floats.

This runner was woven by Kurds at the turn of the 20th century.  It features large rows of botehs in pink, purple, blue, ivory and brown on a vibrant orange ground.  In between the botehs various vegetation, people and animals can be found. The whole is framed by two main borders of rosettes that shift in form on chocolate and pistachio grounds. The borders have moments where animals and people can be found between the rosettes.

Antique Veramin bagface featuring central hooked device on a navy ground filled with various animals and protection symbols. Framed by a wide main border of multicolored eight-pointed stars on an ivory ground which is flanked by two minor borders of multicolored ovals on a soft red ground. It is finished with a slit kilim top and dotted skirt end. Nicely embellished with a salt and pepper weft float on end.
