This Camel Serab Runner features a lush camel ground which is vast and open both in the field and around the perimeter. Four lozenges in light and dark blue, ivory, and an electric orange appear to float above the open space. Perfectly framed by a serrated leaf and calyx border in the same tones on an ivory ground. Finished with three rows of selvedge and a thick strip of original kilim end which add strength and structure both visually and in actuality.

This Serab runner was woven in the early 20th century.

In very good condition, with some light wear and old repairs properly completed (as pictured). Medium pile with some heft, a good option for a high traffic area.
