This Lilihan rug was woven in Western Iran during the second quarter of the 20th Century.
It features a patinated soft coral ground with navy, sky blue, gold, and brown floral spray throughout. It is framed by a saturated border of abstracted flowers and blooming botehs.
In worn condition but structurally sound, with visible even wear throughout the field (as pictured). The edges have been reinforced for longevity.
