Baluch rug handwoven in Afghanistan during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This charming rug features a small-scale boteh design arranged diagonally. Notice the funky and unusual border design. The color palette is composed of classic Baluch tones, like warm browns and reds, and indigo blues.
In fair condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Some light wear in the center of the field, and wear on the original kilim ends. Low pile, with a light handle.
