This Art Deco rug was handwoven in Tientsin, China during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This sumptious Deco rug features a deep burgundy borderless field. The design is open and is composed of large bunches of colorful flowers. Very subtle and nearly invisible floral carvings has been executed in some of the otherwise unardorned space.
In excellent condition, with no signs of wear. Pile is medium height, soft and plush, with a dense and heavy handle.
