This kilim was handwoven in Poland during the middle of the 20th century.
It features rows of alternating men and women in traditional costume on an expansive ivory ground. The ends are composed of heathered coral and ivory stripes and triangles that are outlined in gray and have a zig-zag feel.
In good condition, signs of wear are consistent with age. Flatwoven, with a light yet sturdy handle. There are a few spots with staining (as pictured)
