This Kayseri rug was handwoven in Central Turkey during the middle of the 20th century.
It features an elegant allover design of rosettes entangled in waves of scrolling vinework sprays in greens, purples, blues, black, and pink on a sandy ground. wonderful seafoam green ground. The intricate spiraling floral sits on an exceptional green ground that shifts from emerald to jade and may be the best attribute of this charming rug.
In very good condition, with low dense pile and a floppy handle.
