This Julkhyr was woven during the second quarter of the 20th century in Uzbekistan.
It is woven in multiple strips that have been sewn together and composed of a grid of diamond devices. The simple color palette of fiery oranges, blues, reds, and ivory is given depth and life by the alternating order of color in each row.
In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age.
