Art Deco rug, handwoven in Tientsin, China during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This rug is oval-shaped with an intricate carving on the cream field. Bunches of flowers can be found in each of the cardinal directions.
In excellent condition, with no signs of wear. Pile is plush and thickly woven and medium height, with a sturdy handle.
