The ivory field is framed by jagged purple zigzags on the sides and polychrome triangles on the top and bottom and finished with thick bands of blue and red.  May have been made as one side of a saddle bag. A small but impactful piece.

Finished with multiple columns of selvedge along the sides and finely woven soumak capping the top and bottom. A well balanced and visually intriguing piece.
