Antique tie-dyed Turban handmade in Shekhawati or Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, India during the early 20th century.

This turban is made of woven muslin cloth which has been resist dyed in a multicolored pattern known as lehriya. Lehriya, which translates to "wave", is a unique technique from Rajasthan which utilizes colorful diagonal chevron stripes and is thought to be inspired by the surrounding desert landscape. 

Turbans were essential male business attire in Rajasthan during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
