This Heriz rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This classic Heriz features a geometric central medallion on a richred ground. Surrounded by a field of bright ivory and four trident cornices. Large and "distinguished" serrated leaves found on the ivory ground and in the cornices add distinction. The main border is composed of an alternating palmette design.
In very good condition, with minimal wear for its age. Low pile with a sturdy handle.
