This Suzani was handmade in Uzbekistan during the third quarter of the 20th century.
It features a repetitive design of circular medallions in purple, yellow and green atop a magenta ground. There are drawn on markings visible where the design was left unfinished in places, highlighting the human hand.
There is some color run in the outside border and a couple small holes, in otherwise good condition.
