Quchan Kurdish bedcover handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century (1925-1950). 

This warp-facing kilim has two multicolor-stripe panels are sewn together with vibrant silk and wool pompoms, which add texture and depth, as does the embroidery forming the border. 

A truly special piece, in excellent condition, with a few tears, as pictured.
